AyroBase generates influencer reports based on Instagram URLs you provide. Reports are delivered via email after successful payment through Razorpay.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate Instagram URLs, email addresses, and payment details.
• Use the reports for lawful purposes only.
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• You may be required to provide your phone number as part of Razorpay's mandatory requirements.
• We do not store your payment information.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

5. Use of Reports

• Reports are generated automatically and may rely on publicly available data from Instagram.
• Accuracy of reports may vary depending on data availability, and we do not guarantee completeness or correctness.
• We retain reports indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

6. Display of Company Names

We may display company names or logos of organizations that use our services in a "Used By" or "Customers" section. We will not disclose the specific reports generated by individuals or businesses, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We are not responsible for:
  • Any errors or omissions in the reports.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from the use of reports.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
