Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AyroBase, we strive to provide accurate and timely influencer reports. Since our product is a one-time digital report, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:
1. No Refunds After Report Generation
- Once a report has been generated and delivered, no refunds will be provided.
- This is because the service is fulfilled instantly and cannot be reversed.
2. Invalid or Incorrect URLs
- If a user provides an invalid URL (i.e., not a valid Instagram profile link), such that no report can be generated, we may consider a refund.
- Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the server and scraper costs already incurred.
- The decision to grant a refund will rest solely with AyroBase. In case if You are found eligible refund will be processed in 15 - 20 Days.
3. Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, since reports are processed immediately.
- As this is not a subscription service, cancellation is not applicable.
